This shot is like a peanut butter Baileys Irish Cream. It has a creamy texture and the peanut flavors really hit you. The salted rim works in the same way as the salt in salted caramels, it prevents you from getting overloaded with the sweetness of the shot.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Frangelico Liquor
  • 1/2 oz Rumchata
  • 1 Teaspoon Heavy Cream
  • Kosher Salt
  • Chopped Peanuts
  • Whipped Cream (optional)

Recipe Instructions:
Step 1: Mix heavy cream, skrewball whiskey, rumchata, and frangelico liqueur in the shaker. Shake until blended.
Step 2: Mix crushed peanuts and salt in a bowl and transfer to a small plate.
Step 3: Wet the rim of the shot glass and dip into peanut/salt mixture.
Step 4: Pour alcohol mixture into the shot glass and top with whipped cream.
